Genesis of the end

This is genesis of the end for dependence on oil economies. An era in which, environment for energy innovation has ripen. Every single human being has started thinking about fuel and its impact on him, whether direct or indirect. This is I think, nature of mankind that they start thinking wholeheartedly for themselves only at time when they come under extreme. Though extreme has not come yet, But they have started smelling it. Yes, you are right; I am talking about crude oil and its implications on mankind. Well some may say that oil economies have not started thinking about it. Sorry to say this, but you are wrong. They have smelt it in same sense as we have. They have started investing in other sources of income for themselves. You can see it with your naked eyes in Arabian countries specially Dubai, which is hotbed of all Arabs investment experiments. Sheikhs are buying farm lands in Asian countries for their food security. Hmm necessity is mother of invention.

Energy security, inflation and slowing down of global growth has collectively attributed to this phenomenon. Well, this is blessing in disguise and Knee-jerk for economies which are solely living on burning crude oil. Analyst predicting crude oil $150-$200-$250 so on and our hearts are sinking. What will happen now, Speculators, Arabs, OPEC or US Whosoever may be responsible for this, I would say this is genesis of the end, crude oil may see. The speed of increasing oil prices will be directly proportional to the innovation of new energy sources. Bio-fuel or nuclear energy might not be that much safer option for our planet and our well being. For the time being these are our compulsions. But, I may say compulsions always bring new ways to deal with complex problems.

Now, time has come when innovation will take place at take off speed. Human brain will start working with vigor and it would be most valuable invention of mankind for the centuries and generations to come. We are most fortunate generation which will see this transition. Many models will start coming from many directions and after many failures, there would be one, which would be widely acknowledged. It’s just like 1908 when T-Model was launched by Henry Ford. Revolution was started in automobile industry. Same type of revolution of hydrogen would be seen as demise of crude oil. Honda has shown the way ahead by launching new hybrid vehicle this is small step for the giant leap. This shows us that the days of crude oil hegemony as energy major are numbered. Hybrid vehicle will change the game forever. I am sure in next decade or so we may see hydrogen as source of energy which would be safe and secure for our planet also.

well said Mr Prashant
no doubt crude oil prices are climbing like anything and we are left with no other option but to fill the tank at watever price it is avaliable. certainly we need a transition fron fuel to hydrogen and there is no better time than the present one. this is the only way through which year long monopolisation of oil rich economies will be challenged. i would say we are step ahead than genesis bcoz companies are already working on alternatives.

Nice posting, but when I read it today I thought of writing back on this.

The time is Oil Prices have settled quite a bit and they are very much at the so called desired stage. However if we see the cause and effect that was sighted earlier was absolutely lunatic, and the price fluctuation was more of speculative than anything else.

It indeed busted many but the truth still is hiding behind the rally.

Do you or anyone who reads this would agree that the game was all driven by Falling Dollar Prices?
